PHASING OF SL-JCP ACTIVITIES: 2018-2030

Phase 0: PREPARATION (2018-2020)

Phase 0-1 :  2018-2019: Preparation for Establishment: (Incorporation alternatives and requirements)
Phase 0-2:   2019-2020 Preparation for Activity Planning and Project Implementation
(Incorporation in Japan, Integration of selected Legacy Projects; Working Groups establishment, Oversight Mechanism (by SL-JCP Directors), Project Documentation, Website development)

Phases 1-3: FROM LAUNCH TO DELIVERY: THE FIRST DECADE, 2021-2030

Phase 1: CREDIBILITY (2021-2023) – To be achieved through conduct of the following activities:

(1) implementation of selected propulsive projects;

(2) establishment of a project incubator;

(3) documenting project outcomes for public engagement;

(4) performance monitoring for quality assurance

(5) drafting guidelines of good practice

(6) consolidating independence of the SL-JCP Secretariat
